Shipping Policy

Lava Lamp ships orders only within the United States. Processing and carrier transit are separate stages.

Shipping Area and Cost

Every United States order receives free standard shipping with no minimum purchase requirement. We do not ship outside the United States.

5:00 PM Order Cutoff

Our business-day cutoff is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday. An order placed after the cutoff starts processing on the next business day. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded.

Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and includes payment review, preparation, packing, and carrier handoff. This period occurs before transit and is not included in the 4–6 business-day transportation estimate.

Transit Time: 4–6 Business Days

After the carrier accepts the package, standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Weather, carrier disruption, seasonal volume, or another event outside reasonable control may cause delays.

Tracking

We provide a tracking number after shipment. Tracking is sent to the contact information entered at checkout and may take a short time to update following the first carrier scan.

Address Accuracy

Check the shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We will try to help before carrier handoff, but a change cannot be guaranteed once processing has advanced.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If tracking stops updating for an unusual period, a package appears lost, or delivery is damaged, contact us with the order number. We will review carrier information and help arrange an appropriate remedy. We pay return shipping for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete goods.

Cancellations and Taxes

An order may be canceled before shipment. After shipment, it is handled under the Refund Policy. Applicable sales tax is collected where required by law and shown at checkout.
